  We were getting ready to remodel our kitchen, so we were looking for new cabinets. Whoever thought we would find cabinets at Buchheits? I had no idea they had cabinets, let alone cabinets that were so well made. We were also pleasantly surprised that Buchheits had a cabinet designer on staff. Melissa traveled from Jacksonville to Brighton to measure for our cabinets at no charge. While the big box store that is located 15 minutes from us charged $49. The person they sent to measure had our kitchen six inches longer than it really is. When we went to pick up the drawings from the box store a week later, they were not ready, even though we had an appointment. Melissa had the drawings ready when she said she would and her measurements were correct. She worked with us to get some of the extras we were looking for and arranged for installation that fit our busy schedule. The cabinets are installed. They were reasonable and look great. I would highly recommend the Jacksonville Buchheits and Melissa. Laura Gray

  I recently purchased a generator for my farm and after just a few hours it stopped working. I contacted the store and was told to bring it it so they could send it off to have it checked out. After a couple weeks I received a call and was told due to an electrical issue it was unrepairable and to stop by the store and pick up a new one. The employees couldn't have been more helpful. A big thank you to everyone at Buchheits for your help. Always a pleasure to do business with you!
